2006 Mercury 40HP Bigfoot EFI

I just recently replaced my high pressure fuel pump because the last went bad and wen I took the VST tank off I had fuel in it now that I replaced the pump and I hear the pump come on now but now I’m getting no fuel to the PUMP in the VST tank and still no start
 
I do have a primer bulb and I squeezed it a good 15-20 times and it popped so now I’m going to replace that in the morning

Either the bulb and or the fuel line is breaking down. I would suspect the bulb if it popped. Would be a good idea to change the fuel filter. Fuel line and primer bulb.
