Nissan ns5b wet plug

I've taken carb apart 2 times and clean it very well as well as blowing compressed air thru all opening after cleaning. It will start fine but runs rougher than I think it should. Pull plug and its gas wet. I'm curious as to weather fuel pump diaphragm could be bad and dumping fuel back onto cylinder and wetting the plug?

No, not possible the fuel pump on these ancient 2-strokers is integral with the carb. A bad diaphragm would cause fuel starvation. So, either the carb has an issue, such as float height, or you have poor spark.

Invert the carb casting, and the float should be parallel.
I test spark with a spark gap tester. What color is the plug?

Plug is new so it's still white. I was referring to the color of the spark itself. I haven't really checked the sparked because it's running. I was wondering if a blue spark was weak or strong. Or is a white spark weak or strong.

Blue spark is good. White spark in the older points ignition would Indicate a bad condenser. Orange spark would Indicate a weak coil
