Oil tank or mix gas?

Hey guys... wondering if people rely on oil from motor tank or mix their oil in the gas tank? My concern is obviously if oil lines clog or dont feed oil.. if so do u just run oil reservoir dry? Or cap line off?
 
If it aint blown up by now its getting oil...mark level in oil tank and use it and then see if level dropped. Oil pump varies ratio so it won't use much below 3000 RPM. That system rarely fails and usually the onlty problem is the magnet fell off float in oil tank.
