Water leak I am having trouble sorting out

This is a 1981 20ft bow rider with a V8 and Stringer 800.

I see water coming in from the lower back of the boat over the transom hole, like a small waterfall.

I replaced the Transom Seal with a new one and it seems to leak exactly the same amount.

If I fill the bilge with water, nothing comes out anywhere. Bone dry.

Where should I be looking for the source here.

I am baffled.

Ayuh,..... Right at the top of the waterfalls,.....

A mirror works,... digital camera is the Best,.....

Sounds like a good application of a selfie stick! I am going to give it a try and see what I see. I assume I am looking around
the intermediate housing for some wet area.

So where I get confused is, if the water is not coming in through the transom seal, how else does it get in? It is not a leak in the hull or it would be inside the boat, not flowing over the bottom of the transom hole.
Someone told me once something about exhaust as a way in, but I don't quite see it.

Is this exhaust a possible way in?
