Are These engines Closed Cooled?

Hello, quick question:
I believe these are closed cooled engines but can someone confirm by this pic?
I am buying this boat and just had a panic attack that I didn't confirm these are closed cooled and not raw water cooled. the Neither the listing nor any other documentation I have indicates one way or another. hoping someone can confirm by this pic.

thank you. I thought that looks like a plastic pressurized overflow container on each motor but wanted someone with more knowledge to confirm
 
The one on the port side you can see the heat exchanger at the very front of the engine (long cylinder shaped object).
