Cannot I.D. 8 HP Mariner

Cannot determine year or model of my Mariner 8 (Sailmate) with the following numbers: 677 SU800181. Fwiw, there is NO welch plug on the motor and the I.D. tag says 'Made In Japan'. Copy of plate attached.

que modelo seria este motor 677 S 030029. necesito ver manual del sistema del piolero de arranque, como va colocado sobre el arranque.
