So I picked this up three weeks ago from an offer up post. Wasn't sure if I could get it running but figured I could least part it out. After I got the plugs out I put in some penetrating oil and a little 2 cycle and let it sit. Flywheel turned pretty easy but I swore saw what looked like a small leaf in one of the cylinders after a quarter turn. Pulled the head to find what was going on and included pics of what I saw. On the underside of the head I could only describe as decomposed leaves you would find in a gutter. Not sure what kind of story would explain this. Looks like carbon deposits in the cylinder too. Would this suggest that the powerhead needs to be tore down? Can I clean out the cylinder as is sits? Guesses on what is in it?

Having a hard time with photos for some reason will post after I figure it out.

Figured it out. Stuff on the concrete is from underneath head.
