1986 175 black max- cylinder head cover installation

guys I need quick assistance on installing the cylinder head cover. Do I need to add permatex? is there a torc spec or sequence? again this is for the cover now the cylinder head. I have that info.

general installation procedures of this cover would be great.. thank you!!
 
Yes. you've probably already done it. Little p-tex is okay tighten from interior outward. Use minimal to reasonable torque, no need to get crazy. I twist with one hand using short 1/4 inch ratchet. I am not the state arm wrestling champ, but you know what I mean.
