Chance to pick up a free outboard - ID possible?

It would only cost me the gas to get there to pick it up... Not even sure this is a Mariner just a guess. All I have this picture. Guy won't check out model number for me, claims he doesn't know anything about outboards... Anyway:

Can't fool you racer... 150 pro V.. sorry in wrong forum. By work done do you something more involved than carb/fuel or spark work? I'm thinking I could handle that at least...
