1989 V200 Help

I have twin Mercury 1989 V 200 engines and cant figure out the problems I am having.
Port side motor
Rebuilt the carbs
Rebuilt fuel pump
Thermostats are open
New impeller
New poppet

Starboard side is running at 170-180 at idle, under load it starts to increase temp with throttle up
Also it is starving for fuel

Starboard side engine #6 carburetor is flooded
rebuilt carb. and fuel pump.
please Help????
 
I would say #6 carb float is sticking or set too low. As for the overheating. Could be plugged with sand or debris inside motor. Was the old impeller chewed up ?
