Engine runs smoothly at low and high rpms. However, when I shift to neutral it does. It will only start of I advance the throttle and maintain the Rpms above 1000. Motor only continues running if I quickly shift running if I quickly shift it into gear and raise the rpms. Any ideas on what is causing this problem?
