Poor top speed?

I have a skeeter ST15 that I just upgraded the motor on. It had a 50hp Yamaha 2 stroke and I changed it to a 70hp Yamaha 2 stroke. With the 50 I was getting a top speed of about 30mph. Now with the 70 I get on plane much faster but there has been no increase in top speed...…. Any ideas what could cause that? Unfortunately my tac isn't reading right so I don't know the RPMs at full throttle.

Where was the 70 HP mounted before ?----Sounds like you need more pitch on the prop.-----What pitch is the prop on the 70 HP motor ?
 
I'm not sure what the prop was mounted on previously. If I'm reading it right the prop is a 13 5/8" and a 13 pitch. Looks like it actually says 13k but it's hard to tell.
