1998 Merc Force 40HP
Lower Unit was off last fall to change impeller. I must have turned the vertical shift/drive shaft rod...or don something to much or to little when I reconnected the linkage there.
I can shift just fine but in neutral I am running forward pushing the boat at 2.2mph.
