I inherited a Mercury Blackmax that needs a poppet valve kit and a new cover due improper maintenance. Just a black motor with no stickers. It looks like my '89 150 Blackmax with the same identification sticker on the transom bracket but the numbers are gone. I did find a #B334329 on a plug on top of the motor. Any help would be appreciated.
