1994 225 Johnson Ocean Pro

When my 225 wouldn't start, I checked for spark. I had spark on 3 positions. When I moved the non- working coils to the positions which did work, they produced spark. I bought a used power pack and the only change was to lose spark on one. Does anyone have any suggestions before I let a shop do it;s thing? Thanks, Barry
 
The cylinders that have spark are the top and middle starboard. the one which worked before I changed the power pack was the bottom port.
 
I did not know that shift interrupt went back as far as 94, If you got my answer about which cylinders were out, do you think it is that?
