Carb Sync on a v6

I have a 1988 200hp 2stroke Yamaha. If I want to vacuum sync my carbs, do I just need 3 gauges or 6? Not sure if each carb controls two cylinders or one per side.
 
Very doubtful your intake has the nozzles to attach vacuum. This feature is common w/F model yams. Have you first verified there are nozzles to allow for vacuum hook up?
 
That procedure is not normally done on a 2 stroke.-----What is your motor doing / not doing ?---Have you done any trouble shooting ?
 
It’s hesitating on acceleration but just sometimes. I have replaced the plugs, fuel filter. I did however notice the owner before me moved the slow idle timing screw because the red paint doesn’t match up. I will check the timing but the Seloc book doesn’t say witch plug is number 1. I’m thinking it’s the top right plug like my old mercury. It also is pretty hard to start the first time. But after that it first fires right up.
