1998 115 hp Johnson won’t hold fuel pressure

Ok, got a problem. Can pump the bulb, engine starts, then dies, no fuel pressure in the line. Replaced the fuel line, bulb, bypassed the water filter, plenty of fuel in tank. Not familiar with motor to see if fuel pump is bad.

suggesstions?
 
Has this motor been stored with ethanol fuel? If so, could be a fuel pump problem. If the check valve is operating properly in the fuel pump, and there are no air leaks into the line between the fuel pump and tank, the fuel cannot drain back down. Air has to get in somewhere for drain back to happen.
