Yamaha f250txr 2012. Horrible noise after 4300 rpm

I have replaced belt and tensioner, drive shaft bushing, and the noise stays the same. It sounds like the top rear of the motor but I can't figure it out. I attached a video of the sound.

Are you missing the thrust washer on the propeller?

Not sure but maybe. I'll check it tomorrow and get back to tomorrow. Thank you for the response and sounds very reasonable. The boat came with a new propeller and very likely could be the problem.
