Honda Digital 2k Gauges on twins / fuel-flow question

Currently my twin-225 setup is using Floscan meters & their twin-gauge for fuel consumption. It's quite accurate and the most useful feature for me is being able to reset the total-burn every time I fill up as my tank gauge is terribly inaccurate.

My engines are 2013/2015 (ish) (so they support 2k out) but I have the older Faria gauges. I'm considering taking out the Floscan and replacing Faria gauges with the newer Honda (NMEA2k) VeeThree ones. However, I can't figure out from the manual if the 'total fuel consumption' shown is per-engine or there is some magic that combines them if two engines are present.

For my scenario of resetting total burn ever time I fill up - seems like it would be a pain to have to do math and reset both engines each time, vs just a single reset button.

Can someone with this setup shed some light?

Edit: I guess I'm even more motivated to do this, given I just found a thread from July-2018 that said FloScan are closing their doors...
