I just noticed a hole in my Yamaha 100 Fourstroke circa 2003 motor but only owned for a few years. It is on the front of the leg but juat abovetrhe lower unit. Can see the driveshaft through it. About the size if a large coin...or an inch and a half maybe. Round but a little corroded on the edges.
Engine well serviced and running great.
Strong tell tale.
Water coming out of this hole when flushing as well as the normal places.
Is it meant to be there?
If so is it exhaust? drainhole?
