Remove intake manifold for '06 BF225 fuel pump filter?

Scratching my head... I ordered the fuel pump filter (#7 in first link) and the fuel pump insulator (#29 in second link). Appears the only way to get to these is by removing the intake manifold, correct? I was under the impression I could access from above, but the throttle body looks to be in the way...

Looking through my shop manual and can't find anything, except for a recognizable picture of where the fuel pump filter is located. Nothing on how to change it.

This means I have to order the manifold gaskets or do I not have to remove the spacers (and save myself from ordering the gaskets)?

You have ordered the wrong parts, you need numbers 36 and 19 in the second link. The filter you ordered is for the vent system and rarely needs replacing.Filter replacement is simple once the starboard side lower cowl is removed,no other parts required

Thanks, iang6766. I have the HP filter and gasket. Was looking to change out any additional 'fuel' related filters in addition to the LP and HP. Had read a post by artisticat (see below) and thought I had ordered the fuel pump insulator screen he has pictured on the last post (what I thought was #29 above).

Just finished doing Service Bulletin #56 and figured I'd change out a few additional filters while I'm at it... in addition to the LP & HP.

Finished SB 56! Reset the code and didn't have any new codes pop up when I started her up. Ran her around the small bay nearby and no issues to report.... So far. Was going to take her out for some additional running, but the weather isn't cooperating. Have to practice tilting the motor up when coming off plane as I didn't realize just how low the exhaust is and its height within the following wave.

So here's what's been completed since Sept/Oct:
- SB 56
- Cleaned Oil Pickup Screen
- Cleaned Throttle Body Muffler Case and Flame Screen
- New Water Joint Tube
- New Water Tube bushings
- New Spark Plugs
- New Driveshaft Bushing
- New Water Pump Assembly (base, Impeller, etc)
- New High Pressure Fuel Filter

Thank you to all who have posted their issues and subsequent fixes. Hope to one day be able to contribute more than utilize!
