1989 Johnson 20 HP to 30 HP conversion completed

The conversion has been completed for a few months now and the motor thoroughly tested on the water. Results are very good, motor runs like a scalded dog. Just to recap... The conversion consisted of replacing the intake manifold, the carburetor, and the throttle control cam. Just letting anyone who may be interested in this conversion know that it is very doable.
 
I remember the thread, good job, brother, and its always nice to hear the results. Thanks for letting us know.....the porting and pistons are no different.
