Looking for a muffler/silencer (original was naqualift/marine muffler Corp) for 2005 38c (8.1 gas).
4” inputs coming off of manifolds to single 5” out
 
If you have a specific part number & have outstanding "luck", you may find somebody that has one in stock - otherwise you are S O L.

the Centek products usually get suggested as alternatives - you can find their Tech Support 800 number using your favorite search engine to see if they even have a dual-input version. last time I looked, they didn't, so you may want to consider adding a Y pipe and then using a single-in / single-out muffler, especially if you nee the 'lift' function.
