KAMD42 Start problem

Recently we had the injectors rebuilt and reinstall them. The port engine is working fine running better than ever but the starboard engine won't start it will crank but not start. When starting the port engine three lights for temperature oil and Battery we'll come on and then go off when the engine starts. When I turn the key for the starboard engine the oil light comes on and the Red Alarm light comes on. The engine will turn over but not start. Does anyone have any idea what we may have missed looking up or hooked up incorrectly thanks in advance

So you cracked the nuts at the injectors, wound the engine over and bled the air until you had solid fuel coming out of them? If you did that and it isn't starting then you might have an issue with the fuel pump timing. Either that or the injectors are all set wrong or you have no compression.

If the injectors are getting fuel at the correct timing the engine should fire regardless

Followed your procedure and it worked. Thanks for the help.

Just for future reference, that is the normal procedure for any mechanically injected diesel. Usually once you have 2 or 3 injectors bled it will start to run and then self bleed the last few injectors. Same procedure if you run out of fuel. Electronic injected (common rail) engines may self bleed just by winding over.
