2008 F25ELHGAC - Symptom help

I was running my outboard the other day and started losing RPM's. It was as if it went into a limp mode, however no alarms, oil pressure light was good etc. I could let it idle, then go to WOT and it would run as if it was going to WOT then drop RPM's and back into what seemed like a limp mode.

When I got it on the trailer, I pulled the dipstick and it SHOT out oil through the dipstick as if I had built up back pressure in the oil pan.

Seems strange this has occurred with no alarms. Any insight of what may cause this or what to trouble shoot? I was thinking maybe a blockage in the high or low pressure oil pumps, but not sure.

Anyone know what would cause back pressure to build to cause the oil to shoot out of the dipstick?

Vent hose for the crankcase possibly plugged. Goes from valve cover to airbox. Or overfilled on oil. . If it was running and you pulled out the dipstick it would shoot out.
