Idle Runaway, New Cam Follower Roller installed

I have a E200TXECM that I was having low idle problems with. Took advice from forum and mech. Replaced enth fuel with reg gas, replaced #1 plug coil and put on a Cam Follower Roller, which was missing to start with. Now when I run it , it idles fine for a couple minutes, then the idle starts to get higher and higher, until I shut it down. Is there an adjustment on the Cam Follower Roller?

Just like a chainsaw or string trimmer does just before it runs out of gas, it speeds up then turns off . When you pull the fuel hose on an outboard it does the same thing just before turning off.
 
If the roller adjustment is the only thing that has been adjusted incorrectly..........

The throttle butterflies should just start to open when the scribe mark of the cam is dead center with the roller. Adjust the roller to that effect.
