1994 basscat pantera mercury 200 fuel injected

just bough boat, won,t start, has spark, after cranking for15 seconds or so, get a continues warning beep, will this prevent starting? also get a warning oil light on the basscat digital gauges, already checked the oil level switch on engine tank. do I have two issues or one?

What year 200???? 3.0L or 2.5L?
 
sorry I didn't reply, been out of town all week. 1t is a 1994 2.5, it will start now, had a fuel problem, but i'm still getting a continuos warning beep. Gonna check my oil pump next, running it on pre-mix right now. any ideas will be appreciated.
 
Probably a bad warning buzzer. Otherwise the seller should have told you. Did he say to self mix? Maybe its an auction rig? I just put one together for a guy....auction boat with a different motor .....came as separate purchase on a pallet. The guy paid me the balance he likely saved by buying an unknown boat and motor. Probably has 10 grand in a 13 grand rig.
 
can,t figure out continuous beeping, unplugged temp sensor, oil pump wires, still the same. Also does anyone know if the oil pump (2-stroke oil) can be rebuilt?
