I have a 1996 Marada MX Three 20' open bow with the 4.3 Mercruiser Alpha One which has the 3000 series controls and it is real stiff and hard to shift. I am thinking about replacing it with the new Gen II 4000 series. My question is how much of a job is this? What all would I need to make this conversion? Many thanks
