Need Help Identifying My 30

I have a Mariner 30 and need help identifying it. The data plate information is:
Code 689 S
Serial # 109429

The other plate:
30EQ
689 S

It has not ran in several years so I want to rebuild it. The PO said it ran great when he put it up. Of course he didn't drain the gas. I need see if parts are still available and which service manual i need.

The chart and search feature has your engine to be an Short Shaft (S) 1989 year model.

30-HP / EO / 689-109280 - 689-110015 = 1989.
