Over heat light dose no turned off

HI GUYS
I HAVE TWINE BF 225 2006, (ENGINES ARE COLD FIRST START AFTER DOCKING)
WHEN I TURN IGNITION KEY ON ON BOTH ENGINES I GET TWO BEEPS & ALL LIGHT TURN ON, AFTER STARTING THE ENGINES ON THE STARBOARD ONLY GREEN STAYS ON,
ON PORT ENGINE GREEN & RED OVER HEAT STAYS ON
WHAT IS WRONG :confused: I GUESS BAD HEAT SENSOR
CAN YOU GUYS HELP?

Yep - likely one of the two heat sensors. They're easy to get to and change out. They sit on the top of each exhaust manifold. It's sort of white, if I recall correctly.

Before ordering new parts, however, check the wiring and connectors. The connectors are easily corroded.
 
Is the alarm activated, if so then definitely a sensor, if not then it gets harder, salt intrusion in a plug can cause this as it takes very little conductivity to make a LED light come on. Check all plugs as Chalk suggested and look for green terminals.
