Mercury 115 Pro XS, doing end of season oil change, discovered oil filter was dry, no oil going through it. Have contacted my dealer waiting on answers hoping to educate myself a little on what I might be expecting to hear. Is engine shot, does it need to be rebuilt etc. Any info appreciated.
