Need help identifying engine

I bought a 72 Caravelle a few months ago and have researched and researched to find anything on this engine and have had no results; any help would be great! The Cowl says it is a 25 Johnson but i have no idea..

It appears to be a 92 / 93 model based on the cowling.-------The ---ER -----Would also suggest 94 model.
