Leaking carb

New to the boat world. I just picked up a 1967 Boston whaler sakonnet.

My my question is about my third carb (bottom) on my 90hp Mariner outboard. It is leaking a substantial amount of fuel out of the face of the carb. Is there any quick fix for this or is that wishful thinking. Since I just put the boat in the water I don’t want to take it out but I am afraid that is the only way to rebuild the carbs with new gaskets.

please take a look

thanks

I had the same problem on my 1992 40 HP Mercury. I removed the carbs, removed the fuel bowls, idle screws and jets. I took them to work (machine shop) and cleaned thoroughly with Gumout spray. Then I used compressed air to blow them dry. I didn't do a rebuild. Idle adjustment screws, jets and new gaskets were installed and the carbs were put back on the outboard. I ran the outboard for a week on vacation and all was well. Please note: Carb removal and installation required the removal of the starter and oil reservoir. No big deal, but I had to replace some old brittle fuel and oil lines.
