outboard motor locks for clamp screws

looking for a good lock for an outboard motor. I have a 77 Evinrude 9.9. I don't own a boat so I am looking for a lock that will work on the clamp screw. any help would be appreciated.
 
Hey what do you think of this, a friend of mine gave me an idea of finding some outdoor battery powered motion detector lights and put them in the boat by the transom. So if someone tried to take the motor the area would light up. Plus a lock together would be a good deterrent. This is for a boat tied to a pier. Definitely would freak someone out.
