Default which gear oil for v drives

I have old (70's vintage) thermo electron (warner gear) v drives. the tag on them says APG 90 lubricant, which I am knda guessing means all purpose gear oil 90w......Is that stuff readily available today? What are options if no longer available? What do you use in yours?

I could probably leave it alone. port side drive is right at the "max" line on the dipstick. Starboard is between "min" and "max" on the dipstick but closer to "min". All fluids are clean and clear and look great in motors, trans and v drives. I was just gonna add a little to starboard to get to "max" line
