I purchased replacement o-rings and a seal gasket for my pump, parts and diagram here https://www.marineengine.com/parts/...06717-and-up/hydraulic-pump-assembly-complete
I took the screws out of the base and when I turned it over I heard rattling, turns out it was #3 on the parts list the cam valve, my question is where do I put this there isn't really any clear place it sits, other then maybe on the over the part that has a screen filter on it. I have added pictures in case i am not explaining myself clear enough. I am hoping someone can help with this.
