Identifying motor

I have a 6 horse outboard Evinrude with a tag on the motor block that is stamped B102463. Can anyone please tell me what this is identifying about this motor. Thank you. Brian
 
Model number identifies these motors not serial number.-----Or post a picture if paint / graphics have not been molested.-----That may make it easy.
