convert 2005 Mercury outboard 50 hp 4 troke to 60 hp, is it possible?

Hi all,
i have 2005 Mercury 50 hp 4 stroke outboard, is it possible to convert it to 60 hp by remove the air restrictor and the ecm?
If it possible could someone guide me how to do it? which way should i go? the sn : 1B005773, 2005 50 ELPT EFI. Thanks
The outboard decal is in the attach picture
