Motor vibrates after installing new prop

Hello,

I'm troubleshooting other issues with my motor, of which led me to replacing my old 19p prop which has 1 slightly curved fin with a new 17p prop on my 1996 Mercury ELPTO 75hp 2-stroke.

Since installing the new prop, I notice a vibration coming from the motor that is fairly consistent once the boat is on plane and it pulses throughout the rest of the boat when driving. It's a tight vibration and is fairly subtle making it bearable to drive, meaning it doesn't look or feel like the motor is going to detach from the boat. The old prop, with one slightly curved fin, did not cause this vibration. Does anyone have any ideas of where to start troubleshooting this?

What I've tried:
- removed new prop and re-seated the hub sleeve, ensuring it's in all the way to ensure the thrust washer is flush
- double-checked the nut and locking washer were on tight
- pulled back and forth on the prop with it mounted on the shaft, the prop has no play or extra wiggle room when mounted

Thanks for any help!
