'91 OMC No power

Hello all,

I seem to be having an issue with my 91 OMC boat. I turn my key and get no response from my gauges or trim. My battery is brand new from the store and I checked my 2 50 Amp fuses which tested good. I got 12V going to my assist solenoid. I have a block of fuse under my dash which I tested each one. All of them tested good. I'm not sure where else to look. Is there an inline fuse? Any advice would help. Thanks a bunch.

Ayuh,..... The most common point is the wirin' at the starter, so I'd start there, probably corroded,....
