Just purchased pontoon boat with a 60 up big foot Mercury. I know nothing about except I think it is a 2003 year. Model is 1060412AM. Serial # is OT622492. My first ? Is where is the fuel filter? Terry

Thanks for the information, This helps so I know now what service manual to get as well as order parts. Terry
 
Tracker by Mercury model 1060412AN SN 0T780816 need to replace water pump. Purchase the kit 46-8M0113799 - Water Pump Repair Kit
Issue: with removing lower unit, while unscrewing 2 bolts on each side and one nut above the prop i can't figure out how to loose the shifting gear shaft pls look at the picture below
