87 DT 15 overheating

I replaced the impeller but still dont have water coming out from pee hole but seems to have some coming out exhaust holes but removed thermostat and ran it and have no water to housing .please shoot me ideas.

Did you check with a thin wire to see if pee hole is unblocked, next step would be to remove the exhaust cover plate on the powerhead and inspect for blockages, but you need to remove the bolts with extreme caution otherwise they will snap off.
 
I am/did have the same problem till I found what was wrong. Removed the head to find all the water ports/holes were plugged....and I mean plugged with corrosion. Cleaned for a couple of jours and finally finished. Also had a bolt hole that was stripped and had to move to next size. Bought this motor used and the guy that worked on it before me was an idiot. Anyway getting a new 9-1.25 bolt monday and will wrap things up. You may need to pull your head as well.
