1975 Johnson 15hp. Fuel pump mounting thread

Hi guys,

I need to get 2 x mounting bolts for my 1975 15hp Johnson fuel pump. Old bolts have disappeared and I cant for the life of me find any information anywhere on what the thread size is for the bolts.

Any help much appreciated.
 
They are a standard thread, not sure what but you should be able to find them at a hardware store. If not you can order them new. Part #308777.
 
I just grabbed a few different sizes from the hardware store. Looks to be 3/16 thread works nicely. Is that right or should it be 10-24 NC I guess they are pretty similar. Ordering new bolts and waiting three weeks for them and paying $8 a bolt is a bit much.
