I have a Mercury optimax 225HP Year 2000
Problem 1: When revving more than 2000 rpm the alarm goes on and does the sound in the video of the link attached.

Problem 2: The motor wouldn't rev more than 4000 rpm but I guess it is the low pressure fuel pump as it read about 6 psi, I had a problem with the High pressure and I changed it and worked well, so I guess the second pump has gone.
Can someone help me please?
