I am trying to change my water pump and this is the first time I have ever done this before. I watched a bunch of video's but I am stuck on getting shift linkage disconnected. It is under the motor and there is not much room to work. I took a couple pictures of the parts on the port side of the motor. I think its the fuel pump or part of the VRO that is now disconnected. If that was not in my way I think I could probably get to the linkage. Any recommendations? I am dead in the water if I can't get this linkage disconnected to pull lower unit. Thanks in advance for advice. I tried adding pictures but for some reason they are not uploading.
