Chrylser 318LM - Air bubbles in heat exchanger at idle

I have a Chrysler 318LM rebuilt longblock. I installed intake and exhaust manifolds. There is fresh water (antifreeze) in cylinders 5 and 7. I'm stumped and looking for help.

My daughter has renamed my boat "The Millstone" if you get my drift. Please help!

What do you mean by "fresh water" (antifreeze) in cylinders?
Antifreeze (ethylene glycol H20 mix) is not fresh water!

Is this engine equipped with a Closed Cooling System?
If so, is it a Half or Full system?

Is it Raw Water Cooled?

Sorry for the confusion. It is a fresh water cooled engine. It is a closed cooling system which contains antifreeze. It uses a heat exchanger with raw water cooling.
