Do AQ131's have an oil cooler?

I have a Regal Valanti 260 with twin AQ131's. One of them has milky oil, more oil then milk. My mechanic thinks its the oil cooler but I couldnt find one on it and I saw on another site post that they dont have one. Anyone know if this is true?​
 
No oil cooler unless it has been added i believe the 151 and 171 had the oil coolers? Could be a bad exhaust manifold or just condensation from not running it for long periods.
 
Condensation is what my mechanic thought it was as well so we changed the oil last winter (and winterized it again), and I have changed the oil recently and ran it again, and it still came out milky. How many oil changes should I do to see if it really is condensation?
