Engine: 2010 Yamaha VF200 SHO
Trim switch- The trim switch on the engine works in the down position, but does not work in the up mode. The trim works well (both up and down) using the throttle trim switch. I would like to replace the switch. I would appreciate comments on the difficulty and instructions please.
Engine trim position indication-The dash trim indication is about three bars from full up when the engine is trimmed full down. The sensor on the motor can be moved less than an inch, much less than the full range of motion. I did not want to force movement fearing I would make the issue worse. Suggestions will be appreciate.
