Sometimes it is a polarity issue. Try reversing the cables on the battery, and see if it straightens out. I have a feeling based on personal experience this will straighten things out.I have a 2003 MK Riptide RT55-SC... The motor runs faster in reverse than it does in forward.... Battery less than 6 months old and at full charge. Any suggestions as to what to do to get the speed back to where it should be?
