Lightwin #3012 and Yachtwin #3432C is the power head interchangeable?

Hi Evinrude experts, I have a 52 Lightwin Model 3012 I’m restoring it seems I may not be able to use the power head because of a poorwelding job long ago. I have a 64 Yachtwin parts motor Model # 3432C that I havenot yet disassembled. My question is, is the power head the same, can I interchangethem?

Swap the3432C powerhead on to the 3012 body??

Pretty sure it is different, but I would have to look to be sure. I know there is a difference in the area around the lower main bearing, and possibly water flow pattern also.
